Job Purpose:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. To work towards establishing Tenax as preferred brand of solutions for Stone & Marble applications in assigned Territories.

  2. To identify market trends in stone applications in terms of methods, product categories and pricing in stone chemicals segment.

  3. Take up Special initiatives to improve engagement with Stone Category Stakeholders (Architects, Big Contractors, Key Outlets)

  4. Lead team to Identify, Profile and Engage with Premium Architects/BIG stone Contractors. Establishing a strong relationship with them to driving Stone Chemicals of Pidilite. Promote User Loyalty programs with them and ensure target achievements.

  5. Driving Sales of Stone Chemicals through set of adopted Key Outlets as per annual/monthly target finalized. Leading the team to work closely with adopted set of Key dealers, ensure branding activities for the Outlet, engage with linked key Stone Users/contractors and promote demand generation. Ensure timely communication of scheme and loyalty program benefits.
